1. Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need for cleaning intervals between reservations. For special needs, please check availability and conditions;
2. Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 10 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 10 PM are not permitted.
3. Please note that we do not offer free linen and towel changes during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional laundry fee for scheduled changes;
4. We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.
5. Electricity consumption will be free of charge up to 80 kWh, and water consumption up to 3 m³. This is not a limit, but rather a consumption amount already included in the stay. If these values are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the rates of the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m3 (cubic meter). Photographs of the water meter and electricity meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;
6 - Locked cabinets, doors or closed rooms will not be available for use;
7 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;
8 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor is sitting wet on interior upholstery;
9 - Extra guests not informed are subject to a fine of R$ 1500.00 and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation, when they exceed the limit allowed in the house.
10 - The house can accommodate up to 16 people, but everyone must be listed on the reservation, as the number of guests may affect the final price. Visitors are not allowed; in cases of special needs, prior consultation and acceptance from the host will be required.
11 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There are no refunds or cancellations.
12 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place.
13 - Any incidents must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to these requests.
14 - Pets are only allowed upon prior consultation.
15 - Events are prohibited, and it is essential to respect the nighttime quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 16 - Reservations for minors without legal guardians are strictly prohibited.
17 - The use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass container is prohibited in the pool area.
18 - Please do not move the furniture.
19 - Only dispose of cigarette butts and general trash in the trash cans.
20 - Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in fines and/or other applicable measures, depending on the severity.
21 - For instant reservations, in order to ensure proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after reservation confirmation for check-in to be authorized. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
