*Light and water measured at entry and exit, details on rates are also found in the rules;

*The use of boats and JETSKIs takes place via the condominium ramp (shared);

*The listing's cleaning fee includes cleaning before check-in, bed linen, linen laundry;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend great housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as necessary. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay;

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all the necessary information;
